Chicken Biscuit Pie

I made this last week for a quick last minute dinner. I used carrots, onions and peas since that was onhand. The biscuts were ok, next time I will cook them seprately and add on top just before serving. I think this would make a great pot pie filling by adding puff pastry over the top. I just may try that next time! Thanks for sharing.

Golden Potato Soup

Sauteed Apples

These were easy and so yummy! We had them over vanilla ice cream. The next morning I put them in our breakfast oatmeal. I used Fuji apples I had on hand and was not disappointed.

Oven Baked BBQ Ribs

Delicious!!! My family raved about the sauce and tenderness of the ribs. I used country style pork ribs and halved the recipe. Came out superb! I skipped braising as suggested by another review and my meat was fall off the bone tender. I also used a smaller casserole dish and did not need to baste. The sauce covered the meat. Next I am going to try a brisket. This is now my go-to BBQ recipe!

Cream Cheese Frosting II

Oh.My.Gosh. This was delicious. I subbed reduced fat cream cheese. I used your recipe to frost Sam's Famous Carrot Cake also on this site and it was a fantastic marriage. Thanks for sharing.

Sam's Famous Carrot Cake

I made this cake for my dad's birthday and he loved it! He is a carrot cake lover :) I made this exactly as directed and it came out so delicious! I baked the cake in 2-9" rounds for 35 minutes and it was perfect. I used the Cream Cheese Frosting II from this site...so yummy! Thanks for sharing your family recipe.

Lamb Chops with Balsamic Reduction

This is a simple yet delicious recipe. The only thing I altered was the cooking time since my chops were a little thicker. Other than that I followed everything exactly as stated and we were not disappointed. My whole family enjoyed these flavorful chops. I served with roasted asparagus and mashed sweet potatoes. A keeper...thanks for sharing!

Gramma's Apple Bread Pudding

I just made this and it is delicious. I subbed egg beaters for the real eggs to cut the cholesterol and added 3/4 cup butterscoth chips. I didn't add raisins, personal preference. It is golden, fluffy, oh so simple. I baked it for 40 minutes. I like to scoop vanilla ice cream out of the carton into a bowl and let it melt. Then it can be poured on top of any dessert, kind of like a creme anglese. Thanks for sharing!

Asian Salmon

This is one of the best salmon recipes I have had! My whole family, which includes 2 small children, cleaned their plates. The only sub I made was using one minced shallot in place of the onion. It is what I had on hand. This was quick, easy and SO delicious! Thanks for sharing, Lynseey!

Rich Herb and Lemon Chicken

Thanks for sharing, this was delicious! Even better the next day. I did take another reviewer's suggestion and added parm cheese and reduced the lemon. I did not use lemon zest or sour cream, but plain FF yogurt instead.
