This was wonderful both hot and cold! Next time I will cut back a bit on the sugar because it was plenty sweet. It is so nice to have an easy rice pudding recipe on hand!

This was really good! I did cut back on the sugar a bit though and did not top it with glaze. It was plenty sweet enough already! I also added some cinnamon to the batter as well. I will surely be making this again!

I took this to a Halloween party today and it was a big hit! I filled a 15x11 pan with apples (about 14?) and made the topping 1.5x the amount. I also added in a bit (maybe 3/4 cup) of a multigrain flake and cluster cereal that we had as well as adding the cinnamon, some nutmeg and sprinkle of pumpkin pie spice to the topping mix. I forgot to melt the butter for the top, so I just cut it in small pieces and dropped them on top before placing the whole thing in the oven. The topping turned out so crunchy and delicious! I served it on a dessert buffet so it was served cold, though I bet it would be even better warm with some ice cream! I will definitely make this again!

My husband, 16 month old son and I all loved this! I made a few modifications - I broke the spaghetti into thirds before cooking which made it more manageable. I used plain yogurt instead of sour cream. I didn't have the onion called for, so added fried onions (the dried kind from an Indian grocery. This really added a zip! I also substituted and Italian blend of cheeses for the Monterrey Jack. The flavor was awesome! I will definitely used the fried onions next time as well and perhaps add in a few more artichokes since we love them so much. This is surely a keeper!

Came out wet for me and a little bland. I would punch this up next time with more spices and perhaps some garlic.

I added a pinch of salt and 1 tsp of vanilla. This tasted great when it was hot, but once it cooled, my tapioca was too aggressive! It really set up as one large mass. Next time I'll add 4 1/2 or 5 cups of milk. I guess my tapioca pearls were just really absorbant! :)

This was great! I substituted oregano and the juice of 1/2 a lemon and bit of lemon zest for the dill and poultry seasoning to create a bit more of a spanikopita Greek flavor. It turned out wonderfully! I may add a beaten egg or two next time to hold the spinach mixture together a bit more though.

These were amazing! I omitted the butter, used rice milk instead of cow milk and added a little more water to get a thinner crepe. I also added a little granulated sugar since I was making sweet crepes. Whisking the flour into the liquids avoided any lumps. They turned out perfectly! I will definitely make these again!

I tried this recipe with plums and blackberries. Perhaps my fruit was off or something, but there was a mysterious bitter taste that pretty much ruined the cake topping for me. I did add lemon zest and juice to the cake which was great. I just need to figure out something new for the fruit topping. Maybe peaches next time...

I just made these tonight and they were fantastic! They are fluffy on the inside and have a nice golden crust on the outside. I will definitely be adding these to my regular recipe file!

These were awesome! I used skim milk instead of heavy cream since that was all I had, but it turned out fine. I also omitted the nuts, added more chocolate chips and substituted one cup of whole wheat flour for 1 cup of all-purpose flour. I will definitely make these again!

This was super easy to make. I did have a little separation of butter fat that formed a layer on the fudge. I was able to wipe it off once the fudge was cooled though. Aside from that, this was delicious!

Yikes! Thank goodness for my Silpat! I obviously did not firmly seal the edges because they had all leaked out when I took them out of the oven. I baked them on a cookie sheet covered with a Silpat, so it cleaned up very easily though. I also used chocolate marshmallows for Pain au chocolat. Despite bursting open, they were delicious! I'll be more careful to pinch the seals next time! ;)

This was divine! I halved the recipe and omitted the mayonnaise. Also I used light sour cream and light cream cheese. Instead of onion, I added chopped leek from our garden. This was such a party hit! My sister especially loved it cold even before it was baked! This is a definite keeper! The second time I made it we had some leftover. It kept well in the fridge and we would snack on it throughout the day without reheating it. It was a bit crumbly when served cold after having already been baked, but the flavors intensified making it even tastier!

Good, but way too sweet, even when we cut down the sugar to just under 1/2 cup. Next time I will use 1/4 cup or less so it is less sweet.

This was a great recipes for using a bunch of organic milk that I got on sale. We used the cheese in lasagna. It even froze well!

Maybe I just don't like cherry chips, but something in these cookies tasted slightly off. The tip to butter your hands before rolling the cookies was a lifesaver! It really cut the stickiness down.

This was so easy and beautiful! I didn't have raspberry preserves, but I did have peach preserves. It was super yummy and a bit hit at out holiday potluck! It has just the right mix of hot and sweet.

These turned out ok, but I did add a bit of milk and an egg to make the balls stick together. I browned the sausage first too, to cut down on the fat, so I'm sure that made them much more dry when I mixed them. There also was a bit of an aftertaste that bothered some in the family. Next time I will add a bit more flavor, some salt, onion or such to really give them a bit more punch.

I also threw in some leeks, garlic and Japanese eggplant from our garden. I tossed it all with a little sesame oil and soy sauce and a few shavings of chipotle cheddar cheese. Yummy!
