Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi
This is an easy and tasty recipe. I'm not a fish person and it was the first time I'd cooked fish. Was super easy and I didn't really feel like I was eating fish. Instead of pan searing the mahi mahi I grilled it between 2 pieces of foil on our indoor grill for about 5 min. Used Costco frozen Mahi Mahi fillets. Sauteed some green beans and onion in a little lemon juice and topped it with the fish and the glaze.
