Baked Hawaiian Sandwiches

These were gone in two minutes on New Year's Eve! They are amazing, only substitute I used is using epicure onion dip instead of the onion flakes(I didn't have onion flakes) worked amazingly. It's my boyfriend's new favorite!

West African Peanut Stew

I loved it, my boyfriend refused to try it. Just means more for me! I made it as the recipe states and it was really good. I think for next time I would add rice and more chicken and throw in some shrimp, and maybe some more vegetable. To make it more of a meal, and stretch out the peanut broth for it's pretty fatty. I'm a big fan of cooking up a big batch and freezing for quick lunches. I'm going to make this one time and time again.

Italian Sausage Soup with Tortellini

Made this for a soup potluck. It was the first one gone, and the recipe was asked for many times. It was really good, kids loved it too! Can't go wrong the Italian sausage, it must be my favorite ingredient to cook with.

Dumplings

It's my go to recipe for dumplings. I cook it up with 'Stew IV', I vary it up with adding spices and cheese. Whatever I'm in the mood for. Turns out great every time.

I make this over and over again, I do add a quarter cup of red wine to it though. It's lovely without as well, I prefer it with the wine. Maybe it because I get to finish the bottle...
