SO SO good! I added a little more pesto, and substituted the heavy cream with chicken broth, and used a flour mixture to thicken it up a bit. Came out great! Will definitely be making this again soon.

Baked Pork Chops I

I'm not a big pork fan, but I have to say I LOVED this! I substituted the mushroom soup for cream of chicken, and it was so good. I also cut down on the cooking time while baking- 25 min, then another 20 min while adding the sauce seemed to be enough cooking time. My fiance absolutely loved this dish, as well. Thanks! Will definitely be making this again.
