I'm not a big pork fan, but I have to say I LOVED this! I substituted the mushroom soup for cream of chicken, and it was so good. I also cut down on the cooking time while baking- 25 min, then another 20 min while adding the sauce seemed to be enough cooking time. My fiance absolutely loved this dish, as well.
