Very nice quiche. Great flavor. It was a little wet the first time I made it, even though I drained the broccoli well, so the next time I added just a bit of flour to the egg mixture, and it was perfect!

Mexican Baked Fish

Cookie Salad I

I thought this was a pretty good recipe, I liked the buttermilk mixture a lot. The cookies get soggy REAL fast though, they have to go in just right before serving. I didn't think it was any good after one hour. I might make this again, especially if there are kids eating as well. Maybe serve in individual bowls/glasses, and just sprinkle the crushed cookies on top without mixing in.

Dijon Crusted Halibut

I thought this was a fantastic recipe! A couple of reviewers thought the flavor too tangy or too strong... if you don't like dijon mustard and horseradish, don't make a dish where those are the main flavors other than the fish! Those are strong and tangy flavors! If you like dijon and horseradish however, this is a dish for you to try! It looked very nice too, I would serve it for company.

Chewy Peanut Butter Brownies

Sort of dry and crumbly. A cakelike brownie. Chocolate frosting would greatly improve this recipe, but I won't make again. I like chewy, gooey brownies.

Judy's Strawberry Pretzel Salad

Wonderful recipe. I used salted, regular pretzels and salted butter. First I thought the crust would get too salty, but I went ahead and followed the recipe anyway, and it turned out great. I would not substiture unsalted butter or unsalted pretzels next time, the slightly salty and sweet flavor of the crust gives the salad a great contrast of flavors. I used raspberry jello and one and a half package of frozen raspberries instead of the strawberries. Everyone loved it.

The Best Chicken Salad Ever

This is an excellent recipe! Very simple, but wonderful. I made dollar sandwiches, by spooning the salad into small puff pastry shells I had made. Very pretty and tasy for a party appetizer.

Sour Cream Raspberry Pie

This was so good! I used frozen raspberries, followed the recipe exactly, and it fit perfectly into a prepared frozen Pillsbury deep dish pie crust. It took less that ten minutes. I doubled the recipe and baked two at the same time. Everyone loved them. Even the kids! I will make again and experiment with other fruits.

This recipe didn't work for me at all!!! After taking the dough out of the fridge to roll it out, I realized it needed much more flour than the recipe called for. It was super sticky, I added about another cup and a half of flour, but it was still hard to work with. Finally I got so frustrated that I just threw it all away! Don't understand why it was so sticky. Even tried rolling it out between floured waxed paper.
