Almond Rhubarb Coffee Cake

The cake came out perfect. I used walnuts because I didn't have almonds at home. All my friends like it also because it wasn't to sweet. Thank you for sharing.

I have always wanted to try Fiddleheads. This was a great recipe to try them for the first time eating them. I have to say 5 stars up! This was great, I made them exactly as you wrote it up. Awesome with the garlic and the lemon. I had them for breakfast with an egg omelet on the side.

This was awesome. I didn't have any sour cream at home so I used yogurt plus I didn't have enough white sugar so I used half white & half brown sugar.

Heavenly Zucchini Salad

Great side dish. I used walnuts and cranberries not peanuts it was very good. I have made it before just like the recipe said and it was also very good.

Rhubarb Cake I

Awesome cake! I will try adding more rhubarb next time. I definitely will be making this again maybe with other fruits like blueberries, cherries, peaches, apple etc.

Rhubarb Margarita

I love this Margarita recipe and it was a little to sweet for my taste so I'll try it again next week with half the sugar. I saved the pulp and put it into my oatmeal the next day and it was awesome. Rhubarb is very healthy and I thank you for the inspiration.

Rhubarb Stir Cake

Lower Fat Banana Nut Bread

Hot Ham and Cheese Sandwiches

I did mine with heat & serve dinner rolls. I put them all in a glass dish and covered them with foil for 30 min. and everyone said "they were great."

Emily's Famous Tiramisu

This was the best Tiramisu I have ever eaten. We had a big card party with 12 people and evryone said the same thing, it was great. I will make it again for our family get together. Thanks for a great recipe.
