Tex Mex Shark and Shrimp

Reviewed: Sep. 12, 2006
The noodles and cheese are not a good match with shrimp and shark. I think if you skip the cheese, maybe serve with some rice and add some extra seasonings it MAY be OK, but I'm not willing to put forth the effort in trying this one again.

This was very good. I added some onion, and red & yellow bell peppers for more flavor and color.

Peppermint Brittle

Super easy and delish! I would not recommend microwaving the chocolate though because you need to be constantly stirring it. I wasted my first batch because the chocolate completely hardened. I heated the chocolate directly over the stove stirring the ENTIRE time and it worked out perfectly!

Philly Steak Sandwich

Reviewed: Dec. 23, 2002
These were sooo good...and not to mention easy! I buttered the rolls before stuffing them, and put them in the oven for about a minute to let the butter melt. I then took them out and stuffed them. This just added some moisture and flavor. I do agree that it is a different taste from a true Philly Cheesesteak - but still AWESOME - dad and boyfriend were in heaven!

Caramelized Baked Chicken

Reviewed: Dec. 9, 2002
This was very good even though I forgot to add the garlic to the sauce. I will make this again...with the garlic. Make sure you don't overcook the chicken like I did. Still...VERY YUMMY!

Baked Ziti I

Reviewed: Oct. 24, 2002
Delicious! Per the suggestion of some other reviews, I added the sauce directly over the noodles. Also, intead of 3/4 cup sour cream, I used a mixture of half sour cream and half ricotta cheese. This turned out fantastic...my boyfriend said (with a mouth full) "this is soooo good!" Definitely a keeper!! The recipe and the boy :)

Delicious and simple! The beef was so tender and all the vegetables came together to make a wonderful tasting stew! We added more pepper for additional spice. I will make again and again!

Gourmet Grilled Cheese Sandwiches

Reviewed: Sep. 29, 2002
This was a good change from a normal grilled cheese. However, it calls for WAY TOO MUCH mayo! Next time I would use half or maybe even a quarter of the amount and add more cheese. Aside from that, the flavor is yummy!
