Coconut Mountains

Reviewed: Nov. 1, 2004
This was horrible, "cookies" did not cook, I added extra coconut to begin with to try to frim it up some, but had to add flour after cooking the first batch. the ones with flour had no taste. So when it comes to this cookie you have three choices. Have a mess of a cookie, add flour and take away flavor, or just stop before making it to begin with. I will chose the last one from now on.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

Reviewed: Oct. 19, 2004
I have made this several times now, mostly in the summer. I use raspberry vinegar and leave out the poppy seeds as I don't typically have have them on hand. I glaze pecans instead of using almonds and throw in some tomato-basil feta at the end. Very good.

White Chocolate Fudge

Reviewed: Sep. 21, 2003
I thought this was very good, however I think the sugar needs to be sifted to get rid of clumps. Even with the clumps it was very good. Everyone in my house loves it.

Very good, I added some extra onion and extra cheese and I didnt happen to read that it is suppose to use ground beef so I just cut up the steak that i took out of the freezer. I added the garlic to the spinach and cheese mixture.

Crispy Orange Beef

Reviewed: Mar. 25, 2003
Took alot of time, but it was worth it. I drained all of the oil and used 1 tablespoon of fresh oil when doing the sauce, there was quite a bit of the cornstarch in the bottom of my pan that I did not want to have in my sauce and it turned out wonderful. I used ginger powder instead of fresh, seemed to be fine. I have made this twice now, the second time was with chicken, I loved it, it was almost better then with beef.

Beat and Bake Orange Cake

Reviewed: Oct. 28, 2002
This was the best cake I have had in a long time, I added extra zest and OJ to the cake and I added a little extra zest to the frosting which turned out to be more of a glaze then a frosting but that was great as well.
