This is definitely a favorite now. I do agree with other reviewers who say the sauce should be doubled. I only used 6 thighs and the original amount of sauce and it worked out fine. If doing more chicken, however, it would not be enough. Also, I did not have cider vinegar on hand so I replaced it with white wine vinegar and the sauce still tasted delicious. I also used a mixture of white AND brown sugar instead of only white. You can definitely amp up the heat a little when cooking the sauce if it is taking too long. The cooking time for the chicken is perfect. I didn't find any need to change that. You can get away with brushing the chicken every 15 minutes if you find every 10 is too tedious. I also poured the remaining sauce over the chicken once there were only 10 minutes remaining. A little time consuming but definitely worth it !!
