Tiramisu II
About this Cook
21-year-old college student in Florida. Love cooking and baking when I get the chance.
My favorite things to cook
I love baking; especially cakes & cheesecakes. I love making Tiramisu and Italian dishes are also a favorite of mine.
My favorite family cooking traditions
I absolutely love Thanksgiving and Christmas cooking. Usually the cooking is left up to the women in the family but during these two holidays everyone comes together & takes part in creating an amazing dinner.

Chuck's Favorite Mac and Cheese
I never write reviews but this recipe is FANTASTIC !!! Very easy and super good. If your leftovers are still a tad on the dry side despite the addition of the 1/2 cup milk you can use a small knife to poke holes on the top and pour a little milk in. Cover with a damp paper towel, microwave and they're good as if you'd just pulled them out of the oven !

Baked Teriyaki Chicken
This is definitely a favorite now. I do agree with other reviewers who say the sauce should be doubled. I only used 6 thighs and the original amount of sauce and it worked out fine. If doing more chicken, however, it would not be enough. Also, I did not have cider vinegar on hand so I replaced it with white wine vinegar and the sauce still tasted delicious. I also used a mixture of white AND brown sugar instead of only white. You can definitely amp up the heat a little when cooking the sauce if it is taking too long. The cooking time for the chicken is perfect. I didn't find any need to change that. You can get away with brushing the chicken every 15 minutes if you find every 10 is too tedious. I also poured the remaining sauce over the chicken once there were only 10 minutes remaining. A little time consuming but definitely worth it !!
