After many years coming to this site, I finally commited and became a member. I love all the recipes I have tried, and have really enjoyed learning new techniques.
I was a cook/diet aide in the Air Force. I attended a six week long technical school where I learned all about cooking. Prior to that I had no idea that chicken fried steak was not chicken, or what went into a green salad. I have come a long way since then.
I hope to gain even more knowledge now that I have come out of the closet and joined.
