No Bake Peanut Butter Pie

Reviewed: Nov. 26, 2005
This is a great PB pie. I did not add the milk and did not miss it. I also swirled softened Nutella into the top of the mixture and "YUMMY" would be the word! Pretty, too!

Angel Biscuits II

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2005
Easy to make, but not exactly the tender, light angel biscuit my mom used to make. They did not rise, nor did they brown on the top. The flavor was lacking something. I will probably keep looking for another angel biscuit recipe.

Apple Walnut Salad with Cranberry Vinaigrette

Reviewed: Nov. 10, 2002
Took this to our Harvest Celebration dinner at church and it was a real winner. You know it is good when the best cooks in the church ask for the recipe!!! I did modify it a bit by using only 1/2 cup of onion and a wee bit more sugar..........let me say again, this salad is a real winner! We will be having this again and again and again! PS.......I added a handful of crasins.

Tofu Chocolate Pudding

Reviewed: Sep. 16, 2002
This pudding is wonderful.....I added 3 packs of Splenda for a little extra sweetness and a tsp. of apple cider vinegar. Serve this with fat free Cool Whip and you have a very healthy, delicious dessert. PS.......I tried 1 tsp. raspberry vinegar instead of the apple cider and it was WONDERFUL!!!!!
