Blackened Chicken

Thought it was just so-so - not salty enough for my liking and thought adding garlic would have been in improvement.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

PHENOMENAL!!! Didn't want to stop eating this - made it exactly as instructed with only one exception - black beans instead of kidney - and thank goodness we doubled it! Absolutely delicious!

Cottage Cheese Chicken Enchiladas

Used ground beef and a mix of mexican cheeses instead of chicken and monterrey jack - this dish was beyond fabulous. My husband devoured this!!! Will definitely be serving this to company in the near future.

The Best Rolled Sugar Cookies

I make these at least twice a month in all different shapes and sizes - great with royal icing. Everyone loves them. I can't say enough wonderful things about them, and they are SUPER easy to make! Many thanks, Jill!
