Aunt Millie's Broccoli Casserole

All in all a good recipe although I found the croutons a little too overpowering in flavor. It detracted too much away from the delicious broccoli and cheese flavor.

African Curry

I have used this recipe several times and I really liked it. It serves as a good base for light experimentation. I prefer a little bit less coconut milk than the directions ask for, but either way it tastes delicious.

Autumn Chicken

Very easy to make and delicious. Lemon keeps it from being too sweet. We substituted canned cranberry sauce for fresh cranberries, which worked very well, and also made a good side accent. I will definitely be cooking this again.
