Fried Ice Cream
The only difference I made was using crushed graham cracker crumbs! That is how the Mexican restaurant in my home town made them! Drizzled with honey and topped with whipped cream!

Cranberry Orange Cookies
The most amazing cookie ever! I used 3T fresh squeezed orange juice. And I also used 2t of orange zest. These cookies do not need the icing!
