Molasses Cookies

I used butter instead of margarine and these cookies spread like crazy. I had one giant cookie on each baking sheet. Tasted good, but I don't know how I can serve them to guests.

Asian Beef with Snow Peas

I couldn't find rice wine so, per one of the reviewers here, used rice wine vinegar. I think it ruined this meal--plus my snow peas were old and chewy. I doubt if there will be a next time, but if I were to do it over, I'd buy frozen snow peas.

Cream of Cauliflower and Stilton Soup

This is good, but in small batches. The stilton is strong and a little goes a long way. I think it would be great as a side dish, but not as a main soup.

So easy and very good. But, like a previous reviewer, the garlic was overwhelming. And I love garlic! I will make this again but cook the garlic slightly in the olive oil.

These are very, very good right out of the oven. They seem to get stale fast. I'd suggest freezing the dough and baking just a few at a time.

Peanut Butter Noodles

I have made this recipe several times and it's one of my favorites. However, 8 ounces of udon noodles is only enough for one person if serving as a main dish, as I do. However, the sauce makes enough for at least 16 oz. So good and versatile. Have added chicken and/or vegies. A great meal with either or none.
