Baked Buffalo Wings

Reviewed: Feb. 2, 2014
I followed the recipe exactly as written. The wings were soggy and basically flavorless.

Green Chile Cheese Ball

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2013
Made this as an appetizer for Father's Day. The only change I made was to not use the pecans. This recipe was a big hit! Everyone loved it.

Peppered Shrimp Alfredo

Reviewed: Dec. 30, 2009
This recipe rocks! I substitute a small box of Baby Bella mushrooms for the Portobello and Parmesan for the Romano. I add extra cayenne because we like our food spicy. I serve it over rice as we are not big pasta eaters. Adults and teenage kids love it.

Shredded Brussels Sprouts

Reviewed: Mar. 15, 2005
The brussels sprouts are AWESOME! I didn't have time to shred the brussels so I just quartered them. I substituted slivered almonds for the pine nuts. Thanks for the great recipe!

Glazed Meatloaf I

Reviewed: Jul. 2, 2003
This recipe is easy to make and according to my father, quite tasty. He asks that I make more every couple weeks. I double the sauce, bake it, let it cool and then slice it into individual servings and freeze it. By doing this he can have his favorite meatloaf anytime he chooses.

Emily's Famous Hash Browns

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2003
These are excellent hash browns - great taste and easy to make. I don't really care for fried foods, so I only used a very small amount of oil to fry them in and they turned out perfect.

French Toast Waffles

Reviewed: Jul. 1, 2003
Very tasty! I don't always have the time or the energy to cook breakfast so I double the recipe, make the waffles and freeze them. When ready, I take them out of the freezer, pop them in the toaster and my family gets a quick home-cooked breakfast.

Irish Potato Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 4, 2003
The comments at the dinner table were: rank, mushy, tasteless and gross. After everyone had one bite, they were told they did not have to eat it. Out in the trash it went.

Deb's Scallops Florentine

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2003
When making it for the first time, I substituted fresh baby spinach for the frozen spinach and fat free half and half for the cream and added fresh garlic to taste. I did not precook the scallops. It was served over egg noodles. My husband and children (ages 6 and 11) absolutely loved it. Everyone wanted seconds. Thanks for the wonderful recipe!
