I changed up this recipe a bit. I didn't have basil. I put in garlic powder and paprika! SOO GOOD. :D served with spaghetti and sauce. :) it was great! oh, and I baked it like BIZZYSMOM said. soo good. :)

Coconut Cream Cake I

SOOO delicious. everyone loved it! I didn't use the whipped frosting though. I made a butter cream frosting because I was decorating. :) it's so moist and delicious! :D

Oh man was this good. I cooked it on the stovetop. It came out WONDERFUL. I just need to now figure out a good way to make/keep some sauce to serve on rice with it....

Black Bean and Corn Quesadillas

Such a unique and wonderful flavor. This is gonna be a regular in our house:) I actually used black refried beans (homemade) instead of canned beans, green onion instead of onion and a little tapatillo instead of salsa... oh man so good.

No Bull Burritos

really good comfort food and good for the whole family. easy to spice up a little more for those who need it but calmly flavourful enough to please the pickier eaters. it's a keeper. - serve with spanish rice. it tastes great to have both inside the burrito.
