Smell heavenly when baked. I only put 1/4 cup each brown and white, add 2 cups small diced apple. Follow the rest of the ingredients and instructions. The resalt is a bit chewy, soft, sweet just right. My husband LOVES them.

Foolproof Rib Roast

I made this exact recipe for Christmas this year. It came out PERFECT. My husband was very sceptical about 3 hours in the oven. Do this, you wouldn't be disappoint. We used 7 pounds and kept time the same.

Smokin' Scovilles Turkey Chili

I won 1st prize the chili contest at my work with this recipe. I added a small bar of 70% chocolate bar in stead of choc.mix. My coworker voted it for tastiest, no oily after taste. Must try..

Sour Cream Chicken Enchiladas

This is the best green enchiladas I have had anywhere. I mixed 1 teaspooon each of cumin, garlic, smoke chipotle pepper, salt, blackpepper. Rub on chicken thigh and pop in the oven at 350 for 2 hour then shreded it. Follow recipe and prep it 2 hour before dinner and put in the fridge and increase time to 40 the oven. No oily aftertaste. Just great

Best Cream Of Broccoli Soup

It is DELICIOUS. My husband and I enjoy it so much.I triple the recipe and did everthing according to recipe except 1. I added half head of garlic and sauteed with onion 2. I didn't have celery so I sub. With parsley and thyme like someone mentioned 3. I use smart balance instead of butter. I used blender not stick blender. I added salt, pepper, the taste was great but dull. So I added 1 table spoon worcetershire sauce and that did the trick. I freeze leftover. Will definitely cook this again.
