Too Much Chocolate Cake

Made the cake according to recipe, but used a different baking pan. I used 2 round 8 inch pans to make a double layer cake. turned out really great, but I think I cooked it a teensy bit too long because the bottoms were a little crisp. All in all, it was a great recipe, and If i would have had the bundt pan, it would have fared better.

Chewy Peanut Butter Chocolate Chip Cookies

I just made these last night. They were great and my whole family thought so too! I had all the ingredients besides corn syrup, and ended up substituting it with 2 tbsp. of honey. Worked great! I also used less chocolate chips. Thanks for the great recipe!

Best Big, Fat, Chewy Chocolate Chip Cookie

Wow! OMG these are fantastic...i tried with margerine..good but not as good as when I made them with butter. They remind me of specialty cookies in a bakery. I will always use this recipe. I also tried putting walnuts in with the chocolate chips--> definately a hit! delicious. just split the batter into two bowls after mixing in chocolate chips, then mix in 1 cup chopped nuts into half the mix...soooo goood!!

Cookie Press Butter Cookies

I found the recipe to be okay, a little bland, but with a butter icing for sugar cookies, some colorful decorating sugar, and Cake-mate Scribblers, these are definatley delicious. A few things I did differently: recipe needed a little more butter, a little less flour, and about 1/4 cup more sugar. I cut them with cookie cutters but made them very thick, baked them for less time 7-10 minutes. Didnt use the 2 tbsp. water in the egg whites, and sprinkled granulated sugar on top before baking. They were really good like that but I would never make them with no icing--> too bland.
