Key Lime Pie VII

So this was my first time making a key lime pie and I followed the recipe exactly (except I made my own graham cracker crust). This was really easy to make but I was disappointed with it. The pie was tart and kind of bitter. Maybe less lime should be added?

Pumpkin Ginger Cupcakes

These were delicious! Lots of pumpkin flavor and very moist. The little pieces of candied ginger made very tasty little surprises when biting into the cake. Perfect paired with a cream cheese icing. Still amazing after being stored in the fridge for a week.

Strawberry Cheesecake

My first cheesecake ever and it turned out great/was a huge hit! I followed the recipe EXACTLY and I wouldn't change a thing (except maybe a thicker crust because that's my favorite part ;)). This made a beautiful and delicious cheesecake that received many compliments (even from my super picky father). Thank you!

Eggnog Cheesecake III

I made this cheesecake for my family's Thanksgiving dinner and it was a HUGE hit! Very creamy, tasted just like delicious eggnog and baked up without any cracks. I baked it the night before so it had plenty of time to set up perfectly. My dad even helped himself to seconds, which he's never done before. Planning to make this for Christmas too!

Pumpkin Whoopie Pies

This is an awesome recipe! I had never made whoopie pies or even tried one before so I had no idea what to expect going into this. Anyway, I followed this recipe exactly (except I substituted meringue powder for the egg white in the filling) and it was delicious!! The texture is unlike anything I've had before. Like a moist, billowy, pumpkin spice cloud that just melts in your mouth. I will definitely make these again. Everyone loved them. Thank you!
