Chicken in a Pot
Seriously, I don't get it. This wasn't flavorful and the chicken came out kind of dry. I doubled the sauce, added extra garlic and Italian seasoning and fresh basil-- still bland!

Gary's Stuffed Mushrooms
This is a great recipe except for the butter component. There is simply TOO much. After a lot of toying with it, they tasted best when each mushroom was brushed lightly with butter, as opposed to pouring it on. In addition, I think you could easily skip the canned crab meat, as it is expensive and overwhelmed in the recipe. Also, just one batch of the stuffing in this recipe generously filled up 65 mushrooms.... and fed a whole party!

Champagne Punch III
Classic party punch recipe. DEFINETLY consider doubling the recipe, this stuff goes down really easily. I stretched the second batch further by using an extra can of cranberry concentrate and an extra bottle of champaign. I used a white riesling wine to offset the sour flavors of the citrus juices and it worked great. I wouldn't waste money on expensive alcohol; the cheap stuff doesn't taste nasty when mixed with the juice concentrate. I would serve this again without a doubt.
