Artichoke Dip I

Reviewed: Dec. 2, 2005
Very good! I used a garlic clove instead of the powder and light mayo. Don't overcook or it will become greasy.

Chicken Alfredo Pizza

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2003
Excellent pizza! My husband almost ate the whole thing by himself! I added fresh mushrooms to the garlic butter and topped it with mozzarella. I used a store bought crust....a little laziness on my part but it was still very good.

Chicken Enchiladas II

Reviewed: Sep. 18, 2010
These are pretty good. I add a packet of taco seasoning in place of the garlic...it just needs more spices. I use cream of chicken in place of the cream of mushroom.

Scotcharoos

Great bars! I usually use 3/4 cups of the sugar and corn syrup...helps a little bit with the sugar content and you can't notice the difference.

Excellent recipe! I agree with the other reviews...a whole bottle of dressing is too much. I used less than half.

Chocolate Chip Banana Muffins

Reviewed: Oct. 13, 2010
Great recipe! I actually made this in a 9x13 pan 'cause I hate cleaning out muffin pans. Changes I made: used half whole wheat flour, only 1/2 cup sugar (1/2 of that was brown sugar), canola oil instead of vege oil, 4 bananas, and added ground flax seed and cinnamon. Yummy!

Cheeseburger Soup II

Reviewed: Mar. 10, 2006
Everyone in my family enjoyed this. I did skip the flour/butter part and just added a little cornstarch to thicken it. I added garlic, regular chopped potatoe's (instead of hash brown's) and more cheese.

Chicken Tetrazzini I

Reviewed: Sep. 23, 2010
I gave this 4 stars because it simple needed some seasoning. I added 2 garlic cloves and a packet of dry italian dressing mix. I also decreased the butter and used fresh mushrooms. Turned out really good with these changes.

Baker's Clay

I cooked these for 30 min. at 250 degrees. I should have cooked them longer for they curled up after sitting out. The kids loved making them either way!
