Ginger Pork Stir Fry (with Mushroom)

Made this because I had a small amount of pork and some cut veggies to use up. It was delicious! I doubled the sauce but I added sliced cabbage, water chestnuts, sliced green and red pepper, celery, broccoli, cauliflower,green onions and red onion. I needed to use them up. I used the carrots and mushrooms as indicated in the recipe. This was wonderful! Served over rice!

Mushroom Orzo

I've made this several times, my family and I love it! It's excellent as is. I also change up the ingredients a bit at times but this recipe is definitely a keeper!

Baked Pork Chops I

Awesome! I did what some suggested and did 2/3c of wine and 1/3 c of milk. Cooked without soup 40 min and with soup/gravy 30 minutes. Superb! We loved it! Served with fine egg noodles and extra gravy, so good!

Excellent! My family loved it! I added minced garlic as that's what I had on hand and took the advice of some others, added cheddar cheese to the top. Awesome!

Refreshing Cucumber Salad

Doubled the dressing as I had a lot of cucumbers and tomatoes to use. I added 1 tbsp of sugar to the 6 tbsp of mayo, 2 tbsp of vinegar, salt and pepper. My family loved it! My husband said it's just like his gram used to make!
