Shrimp Fettuccine Alfredo
Quick, easy, and delicious! Didn't have half and half but had evaporated milk and that worked nicely. I put uncooked shrimp in a bowl and seasoned with salt and fresh garlic. I threw them in, juice and all at the end. It only takes a couple of minutes for the shrimp to cook and the juice from the seasoned shrimp gave the sauce nice dimension. We have this once or twice a month now with different pastas and veggies thrown in.

Blackened Chicken
Great everyday recipe especially when you want to get dinner on the table fast and you have not marinated anything overnight. I doubled the seasoning and butterflied the chicken breast. I cooked each side for 4 minutes and skipped the oven. I added a pat of butter to the pan for some moisture towards the end of cooking. Seasoning penetrated well and was balanced. I served with red beans and rice from a box and canned corn. I will make this again.

Creamy Italian Dressing I
Good basic recipe. I don't like my dressing so tangy so next time I will reduce the red wine vinegar to less than half. Usw whatever combiation of herbs you have on hand if you don't have italian seasoning. I used parsley, thyme, rosemary, and oregano. Add the sugar gradually to your liking.
