Annie's Fruit Salsa and Cinnamon Chips
Absolutely love this exactly as is. I am the kind of person that wings things and tried to wing this without following the recipe....and no one really loved it. So the next time I followed the recipe to the T and it was I have people begging me to bring this :) The cinnamon chips are awesome, I butter each one, stack them up, then cut with a pizza cutter, lay on the baking sheet and sprinkle with cinnamon sugar and it couldn't be easier :)

Cream Cheese Pound Cake III
Phenomenal!! You know how most birthday cakes sorta get ignored? They are *ok* but not a treat? Not this one! This is one of the few times the cake went faster than the ice cream at my daughter's birthday party. She chose this cake, with a chocolate ganache and sliced strawberries. It was wonderful that way, but to be honest, it was as good or better completely plain!

Pecan Pie IV
Though I've made many pies in my life, I had never made a pecan pie until this Thanksgiving. This was DELICIOUS! I wouldn't change a thing....though I did use half chopped pecans and half whole. All in all it was absolutely perfect :)
