simply outstanding! I omitted the nuts and they were still great. I used 1/2 raisins and 1/2 dried cranberries in one batch which was delicious too.

Carrot Cake III

delicious! I reduced the oil to 3/4 cup- next time I will add 1/2 c applesauce so the cake is more moist. I added 3/4 cup chocolate chips to the cake batter- yum!

Italian Style Flounder

Delicious! I halved the recipe for two fillets and it came out perfectly. I did not try adding the cheese but it was great without it. Next time I might add a little more diced tomato. Easy!
