Sweet Potato Pie I

Love this recipe. It is a new Thanksgiving tradition in our home. I've been making it for the past years now. Everyone loves it. We used to make mashed potatoes and sweet potato casserole for dinner, but always ended up with a ton of the casserole left and nobody ever finished it. Wtih the pie, we please sweet potato lovers and never any leftovers.
