He eats what I make!
About this Cook
I'm a personal trainer & a Pilates instructor. I own a small company called About Time Personal Training & Pilates, LLC. I love to run, jog, walk, kickbox,& hike. I try to eat clean. No Dairy. NO wheat. NO boxed foods. My husband loves to sabatoge me all the way!
My favorite things to cook
I love cooking anything as long as I have people to talk to while I'm around. Even if I can't eat what I'm making, if I know that others will enjoy it and the dinner table will get silent as everyone eats, then I'm happy. But when it's just me & my hubby...MEXICAN!
My favorite family cooking traditions
It's sad because my family used to get together all the time. But then we had family tragedies and family doesn't get together like we used to anymore. I liked when my sister and I would make turkey dinner every January to celebrate our parents and my aunt & uncles anniversaries.
My cooking triumphs
Anytime I make a gluten free meal and my husband doesn't notice the difference.
My cooking tragedies
Once, my sister and I didn't time a huge turkey right and 32 people had to wait around for 2 hours before it was finished! And then it was dry. We were very embarrassed. But my grandfather saved the day and ordered everyone to eat dessert first!
