Broccoli Cheese Soup IV

Reviewed: Feb. 22, 2006
This was very tasty. I used broccoli and cauliflower. My only problem was that it seemed to curd a little bit and looked kind of scary after that. Probably my fault but I was afraid to serve it to a guest so I ate it later and like I said it was yum.

I am sorry, this was not bad by any means but I did think it was kind of bland. Thanks for sharing.

Oh My gosh. This was really yummy but the sauce is really spicy. I have passed this one on to quite a few people.

Lemon Pasta Sauce

Reviewed: Apr. 13, 2004
I left out the lime zest because I was feeling especially lazy. THIS WAS DELICIOUS !! Go to the store now, get your ingredients, add some broccoli to make yourself feel less guilty about all the fat and MAKE THIS DISH !

Sausage Sauerkraut Balls

Reviewed: Sep. 26, 2003
These were pretty good. I was a little disappointed that they didn't have a strong sauerkraut flavor, but that was my expectation. I did use ground beef instead of the pork, and added a little garlic. Also they were a little dry but that may be my fault. My husband thought they were great, and my 14 month old ate them as well.

Potato and Broccoli Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 23, 2003
I boiled my potatoes first just enough to soften them up. I did not steam the broccoli as others who wrote reviews did, but I poured the boiling water from the potatoes over the broccoli and it worked just as well with less effort. Not having any saltines on hand,I used herbed stuffing mix to top, this was not bad but I think I will use french fried onions next time. Over all this was an excellent recipe!

Aunt Betty's Banana Pudding

This is sooo good and so easy. You have to let it set overnight though so the consistancy is better.

Enchilada Casserole

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2003
I skipped the tempeh and that could be the problem, but I added corn to make up for it and it was soupy beyond belief! I couldn't eat it. My husband however didn't think it was so bad. Some men will eat anything.

Lentil Loaf

Reviewed: Jun. 20, 2003
I have had many kinds of vegetarian loafs and find this one to be a bit bland. However,I did make some improvements by adding chopped walnuts and topping with cranberry sauce slices, sounds strange but really good,(something my vegetarian Mother-in-law always does). Also serve with a little B-B-Q sauce on the side for an extra kick and This recipe has potential.
