About this Cook
I'm a newlywed and before I moved out of my parents house a couple years ago I couldn't cook anything. I mean anything! When I was 15 I had a horrible fried chicken accident which led to third degree oil burns covering my left hand and thigh. Since then I had been too afraid to try cooking again. But slowly I've learned to get over the fear and food I make now isn't half bad.
My favorite things to cook
My favorite foods to cook are the foods I love to eat. Desserts, pasta, anything cheesy, and anything buttery.

Cut-Out Cookies in a Flower Pot

Panna Cotta With Fresh Strawberry Sauce
I loved the taste this came out with but the consitancy of the panna cotta was a little less firm than I like.
