Ok, Ok, I made some changes.. I doubled the sauce recipe so that I could spread more on the top and also put some in the bottom of the baking dish before the enchildas. I used cream of CHICKEN soup instead, I used way more cheese, I added one can of black olives and sliced them, 2 tblsp of chopped jalapenos, NO garlic powder, and NO milk and NO butter. I didn't saute the onions, just put them right into the mixture. I LOVE this recipe!!. My company raved! I served with a green salad and refried beans, covered with cheese. And wine. Don't forget the wine.
