Old Fashioned Stuffing

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
Thought this was delicious. The only thing I changed was to add carrots as well. I also used a little more stock because I didn't want it to be dry, I just kept adding more stock as it was cooking. Also save some stock if you are reheating it or making this in advance, the stock really helps the flavor to stay in and the stuffing to not dry out when it is reheated.

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
This was super good! I followerd the recipe exactly except i baked it in a 13x9 pan. It was very moist and the perfect richness and sweetness together. Definitely will be making it again. I put a chocolate glaze on top of it and it was great.

Juicy Roasted Chicken

Reviewed: May 5, 2011
This recipe was great. Very juicy and moist like it says it will be. I roasted mine with carrots, green beans, onions, and potatoes in the pan. The chicken gave them a great flavor. I also THOUGHT I had onion powder but was mistaken. So I was forced to improvise and used a ton of different seasonings I thought woudl be delicious. It turned out great. No complaints!

Naan

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
This recipe was amazing. I followed everything that the recipe said to do I just added some more garlic. Also used an outside gas grill to cook and it turned out perfectly. Very soft on the inside and yummy and crispy on the outside. Perfect recipe.

White Chocolate Raspberry Cheesecake

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
Everyone loved this recipe. I baked it in a springform pan in a water bath so I had to bake it about 20 more minutes because the water bath slows down cooking. I used parchment paper on the sides and bottom to help with sticking, had no problems with that. I felt this cheesecake was very yummy but I kept it in the freezer after it was completely cooled down and it stayed very creamy and the prefect consistency to eat. I had no problems with it being mushy like others said. The freezer was the trick for me.

Chocolate Caramel Candy

Reviewed: May 23, 2011
this was a hit with everyone. The only thing I would recommend to do differently is to cool every layer except the caramel one. I let it cool down so when i put the chocolate layer over it it kept sticking away from the caramel. Even tho I scored it before it was completely cool. I think if I don't let the caramel cool down the chocolate and the caramel will stick together much better.

Very delicious! Mixed all my wet ingredients and then added flour. Also added 1/8 cup sugar since I was filling them with chocolate. They turned out great.

Mango Pina Colada Smoothie

Reviewed: May 6, 2011
Made this last night. It was pretty good. I really liked it. I added some frozen strawberries and still had to add more ice to make it the right texture. The smoothie wasn't too sweet but it was a good balance. I just added come whipped cream on top and that gave me the extra sweetness I was looking for

Baked French Fries I

Reviewed: May 10, 2011
I thought these tasted great but only after I added more seasoning. I added some salt and garlic salt and they tasted great. I ran into the problem of them stickiing to the pan. I had to add a lot more oil to keep them from sticking. Othwerise pretty good recipe, will make again with changes.

Red Lentil Curry

Reviewed: May 22, 2011
This recipe was good but boring for Indian food. I expected it to be a lot more spicy, but I think it got overpowered by the tomato puree. I also had way too many lentils, they expand when you cook them. Just one cup lentils would have been enough.
