I used cheddar cheese soup (Campbell's) instead of cream of chicken, as one other reviewer mentioned, and it came out great! I think the cream of chicken would have made it too... chickeny?... if that makes any sense. I also used one chicken breast, shredded, added a full carton (32 oz) of chicken broth, and then just thickened the soup up at the end with a little cornstarch and water. It definitely needed cumin, chili powder, and garlic powder to jazz it up. Very yummy.
