Baked Denver Omelet

BREAKSTONE'S Creamy Layered Enchilada Bake

We left out the beans. Would have liked more meat filling. Mixed the sour cream with the meat mixture. Everyone loved it will make again, but with twice as much meat/filling.

Hot Asiago and Spinach Dip

Made it twice, the first in the oven, kind of dry. Then I made again with 1/2 cup more asiago and put it in the fondue pot. It was GREAT!

Javi's Really Real Mexican Ceviche

We followed the recipe and the shrimp were still raw after 5 hours. that was very disappointing! We ended up microwaving the ceviche for it to be cooked for a party. The flavor was good, but cook the shrimp first.

Best Ever Blueberry Cobbler

Next time I would make more topping. I didn't have orange juice, so I used 1 TB of Lemon and 1/3 cup cranberry. Next time I would use a sweeter juice. But it was delicious!!!

Oven Baked Jambalaya

I know most of you great cooks know this already, but DON't use Minute rice. It was all I had so I used it, it turned into mush!! The flavor was great, but next time I will use regular rice and it will be awesome!!

Jambalaya II

I changed a few things, I used cut up chicken breasts, polska Kielbasa and I 1 red pepper instead of 3 green peppers. It turned out really good. It had a spice to it , but it was just enough. I do not like spicy food, but I enjoyed this very much. I also made it "low carb" by leaving out the rice.

Cherry Tomato Salad

I hate tomatoes! I made this because the small tomatoes were on sale and I was trying to expand my horizons. I LOVED THIS DISH!!!! It hardly tasted like tomatoes, it had great color, and texture and flavor.

Wine Fondue

I thought it smelled wonderful, I only gave it 3 stars because I thought it was a lot more work and $$ than using broth. And I don't think that the seasonings added a lot to the fondue.
