Raspberry Cup Cakes

Reviewed: May 26, 2011
Yummy treat! Used strawberries, but definitely want to try with raspberries too. Might reduce milk and increase cream cheese to decrease sweetness to my taste. Will make through the summer. A winner!

Slow Cooker Chicken Stroganoff

Reviewed: Jun. 11, 2011
The aroma while cooking was wonderful. The flavor even better. Served on egg noodles. Easy and delicious. I did mix the cream cheese and soup together so it was smooth before pouring in the crock pot. Also took the suggestion from other reviewers to add a cup of chicken broth to thin the sauce. Turned out perfect!

Monkey Bread I

Reviewed: Jun. 12, 2011
Fabulous! I make a special brunch every Sunday, and this will be a regular! My husband loved it and can't stop talking about how good it was. Loved the crunchy outside and soft inside. I used less butter, about 1/3 cup. I put the sugar and cinnamon in the baggie, but next time will put it in a bowl and roll the pieces. Also, I don't have a bundt pan, so cooked it in a glass pan and it turned out perfectly!

Earthquake Cookies

Reviewed: Aug. 24, 2011
Easy and chocolatey delicious! I thought these were excellent (and I am not a big fan of chocolate cookies.) I used the mixer because hand mixing with a spoon was tiring. Turned out crunchy on the outside, chewy on the inside. Just yummy! Reminds me of brownies. Will make again and again.

This was wonderfully tasty and easy to make. Will make it again and again! I didn't have swiss, so used mozzarella. Also skipped the butter drizzle.

Beer Batter Fish Fillets

Reviewed: Jul. 8, 2011
Melt in your mouth delicious. Puffed up and crisped nicely on first fillet. When we were ready to eat the second, the batter was limp, no longer crispy, and that was a disappointment. Added extra dill and garlic powder.

This was YUMMY! Quick to make, too! I used boysenberries but will use blueberries and other fruit in the future. Thanks for sharing, Milda.

Easy Cream Cheese Danish

Reviewed: Apr. 8, 2012
These were delicious! I was planning to make them for Easter Brunch and then read a couple of recent unfavorable reviews. Finally decided to make them anyway since I had already shopped for the ingredients. I'm sure glad I did. They were wonderful. I did cut the filling in half, as suggested by other reviewers. There was plenty. Will make again!

Fabulous! So easy. Came out tasty and moist. Took about 35 minutes instead of 45 minutes to cook in the oven. Best chops I've ever eaten!

Very tasty soup! Mine turned out rather thick so I added about 2 cups of water to make it more soup-like.

Chocolate Billionaires

Reviewed: Jul. 22, 2011
Not what I was looking for, but they are tasty. Ended up being quite a bit of work because I could not get them off the greased non stick waxed paper! Looked online and there was a suggestion to put a cookie sheet in the oven at 175, when heated, set the waxed paper with the billionaires on top of the heated cookie sheet. That softened enough to remove them.
