Velveeta® Cheesy Beef Stroganoff

Reviewed: Oct. 1, 2002
Yummy, Yummy, Yummy!! I only had an 8 oz. package of Velveeta, so that is all I used. Also added a little onion and garlic powder. We all loved it!

Excellent! I accidentally bought regular beef broth, so i just used 2cups of that. Also used a regular onion instead of a green one. Followed the recipeotherwise. It was so good!!

Roast Sticky Chicken-Rotisserie Style

Reviewed: Jan. 25, 2010
This is soooo good. It tastes just like the Costco rotisserie chicken. I left out the white pepper and cayenne pepper. I cooked my whole chicken about 4 hours, it was perfect. Very economical- you can get a whole chicken on sale and use it for numerous meals. I plan on freezing the leftovers for this purpose.

Baked Salmon II

Reviewed: Apr. 6, 2008
AWESOME! This was great. I made it exactly as posted, but I had a much larger piece of salmon, so I just about doubled everything. It was delicious! I will always make my salmon this way now. Thanks for a great recipe! I originally thought it was a typo to cook it that long, but it was perfect.

Banana Sour Cream Bread

Reviewed: Mar. 28, 2008
This bread is awesome!! I will make this again and again! I always use mostly whole wheat flour as I did this time. I would cut the sugar next time, though, but that's just me - don't like it too sweet. I also followed some recommendations from SaraLady19. For instance, I halved the recipe. Baked the 2 loaves at 325 for 1 hr. 10 mins. Made her crumb topping for one of the loaves. (I halved: 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1/2 cup flour, 2 TBS butter, 1 tsp. cinnamon, and chopped walnuts).

Corned Beef and Cabbage

Reviewed: Mar. 18, 2008
Excellent! My first time making Corned Beef. Made it as posted, but needed to add a bit more water so the beef was more covered. I also skipped on the cabbage, as we do not like it. Came out delicious! No hint of sweet and sour, as someone else posted. Tasted just like corned beef!

Sausage, Peppers, Onions, and Potato Bake

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2012
This was delicious! I made it per the recipe, adding a little salt on the potatoes. Next time i will add more potatoes, they were our favorite part!! It was a bit greasy, so i would recommend less oil.

Beef Stew VI

Reviewed: Dec. 17, 2007
GREAT recipe!!! This is my first attempt ever making stew. It came out delicious!!! I used 4 cups of beef broth, rather than the boullions. I also marinated the beef in a ziploc with some worchester sauce and 1 chopped garlic clove for about 1 hour. Since I'm not a celery lover, I replaced it with thawed frozen peas and a can of corn. I will be making this alot. Thanks!!

Chocolate Oatmeal Cake

Reviewed: Mar. 11, 2007
I thought this cake was excellent. I made it exactly per the recipe. Almost tasted like a brownie, without the flaky top. Very good with whipped cream or ice cream on top. Everyone loved it!

Outrageous Chocolate Chip Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
This cookie was great! Very filling cookie - almost like an oatmeal raisin cookie, but with chocolate chips instead. And so easy to make! - that was the best part. I used Natural PB, wasn't sure that was such a good idea. Next time I'll add a bit less PB. Great cookie! Thanks.

Easy Sugar Cookies

Reviewed: Jan. 11, 2007
This recipe was awesome! Everyone loved the cookies, they were really good. I flattened them slightly with a sugar coeated fork, then added some holiday sprinkles. I will use this recipe again and again in the future. My husband couldn't stop eating them! It's so nice having a holiday sugar cookie you don't need to roll out and cut.

This was excellent. I cooked the chicken raw along with the veggies. You can also add more veggies, any ones you like. This makes alot - way more than 6 servings. Cant wait to make it again.

Raspberry and Almond Shortbread Thumbprints

Reviewed: Dec. 10, 2007
Delicious!! These cookies taste awesome! They disappeared quickly! The dough was a bit crumbly. I did stick it in the freezer before baking, as suggested, and added a small amount more flour.

Banana Crumb Muffins

Reviewed: Dec. 12, 2007
These were okay for me. I was hoping they would have more of a banana taste, like banana bread. I think the 19 min. cook time was a bit too long, it was a bit too crusty. The only change I made was using 1 cup AP flour, and 1/2 cup whole wheat flour. If I make these again, I'll try adding 1 more banana?

To Die For Blueberry Muffins

Reviewed: Feb. 5, 2008
I did not like these muffins. Something in the taste, the flavors do not blend well. Not sure if it was the topping or the actual muffin that didn't taste good. They also overflowed the pan, and it took forever to clean the muffin tin.
