I love making casserole/one-dish suppers. They are great. And I LOVE baking!
My favorite family cooking traditions
My dad makes the best meatballs ever... sometime I'll have to post the recipe! When I was younger, we had spaghetti and meatballs almost every Sunday, so he's become quite skilled at it. My Grandma's stuffing is another one. Best I've ever tasted, in my opinion! She makes it every Thanksgiving, and she make Rhubarb pie, too. Yum!
My cooking triumphs
I've finally gotten good enough that I have quite a few dishes that I know by heart, and have improvised and improved on.
My cooking tragedies
I accidentally caught the oven on fire making homemade mac and cheese once... I was only about 11, and after that I was scared to cook for a long time!

This is a great fudge for how easy it is. 5 minutes and you're done! It's definitely not the best, creamiest fudge I've ever had but it's yummy and a crowd pleaser. Also, I think it's better with milk chocolate chips, personally. :)

Cheesy Chicken Meatballs
Sorry. I have never given a poor review before, so I'm not just a critic. I think they needed a LOT more bread crumbs - they were flat, salty meaty blobs.

Oatmeal Whole Wheat Quick Bread
5 stars for healthy, easy, and yummy! I added a handful of blueberries and chopped almonds, which add to the healthy yummyness. I also used fat free milk and olive oil, for the sake of health, which makes it totally 100% healthy. The flavor is not spectacular in the sugary/fatty sense, but if you don't mind healthy, it's great :)
