I was hesitant to try this recipe...the 1/2c sugar with egg and cornstarch really threw me for a loop. Alas, I am trying to repclicate the potato salad you can get from Sprout's Farmers Market and this seemed to have alot of the same elements. I think I found a close second with this recipe. My husband and I finished a batch ourselves in 3 days. Not sure how many time we each snuck into fridge for a quick bite though. This salad just calls your name :)

The Best Chicken Fried Steak

I was never a fan of chicken fried steak growing up. BUT it's one of my hubby's favorite meals. After 6 tries with different recipes we finally found a keeper. Do not change anything make as is and I promise you will not be disappointed!!

Pork Chops and Sauerkraut

This is the one recipe that I have not altered to suit my tastes and was extremely surprised by how well it tastes. If you love saurkraut and are looking for something new you will not be disappointed.
