Lassy Bread

Reviewed: Dec. 28, 2012
I made this and it was great...the slightly hard crusty top was good. Only changes I made was to no soak the raisins and used nutmeg instead of "mace"?

Carrot Cake X

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
This was heavenly it was so moist and delicious I made a few changes. I didn't use any of the pineapple and I substitute take some of that oil for applesauce. Also the icing that I used was actually a cream cheese and sugar and vanilla blend. I will definitely make this again.

Chef John's Peach Cobbler

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
This turned out delicious but I did run into the same liquid issues that others have mentioned. About 10 minutes before it was to come out of the oven I saw the liquid and laid pieces of Italian bread on top to soak up the liquid and I put it back into the oven with the slices of Italian bread on top of it. After 15 minutes I took it out of the oven and all the liquid was gone and the Italian bread was not soggy just a little moist. Took the cobbler out and baked the Italian bread just a little bit more and Italian bread turned out to be nice and sweet, crunchy.

Cream Cheese Frosting I

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
This was so easy and delicious. There was some left over and I would use it as I would regular cream cheese spread on a bagel.

Garlic and Parmesan Dinner Rolls

Reviewed: Aug. 31, 2012
Yum Yum even though I did what he said not to do and used fake cheese. It was all I had on hand and I desperately wanted to make it because it looks so yummy. I also used minced garlic again it's all that I had. Otherwise I did everything he said to do and it all worked out exactly. I did add parsley, basil, black pepper and red crushed peppers as topping before rolling.

Thirty Minute Yellow Cake

Reviewed: Jul. 6, 2012
Yummy! The batter made 6 large cupcakes and a small loaf. They start smelling up the house after 7mins in the oven. There where so moist and spongey. I added 3tsp of baking powder and 1tsp of salt to the 2cup flour and stirred them realy well with a fork (10min). I only used 1cup sugar but I wish I had used 1/2cup (I like things watered down). I added 1 box of cook&serve vannilla pudding & 3eggs and 1 tblsp of vannilla extract. I added the eggs in 1 by one slowly while using my hand mixer till all was creamy (no lumps). Preheated at 375 & turned down to 350 to bake for about 25mins (or so). Perfect they came out bright yellow with narry a brown spot on the sides or bottom. Perfect. Yeyy! See pics I upload
