Double Chocolate Pie
As another reviewer said, this makes stunning pudding. But its not a pie filling. I was going to ignore the slightly loose texture, but even my fiance (who loves the taste of the pie filling) commented on it being just a bit to loose. I love love love the taste of the filling (I know some have mentioned it being to sweet, but I didn't find that to be the case, personal preference for sure)so I wont be changing anything to do with flavor. I will try adding a bit more cornstarch to see if that fixes the firmness issue and will report back if it does!

Basic Crepes
Absolutely fantastic recipe. I would give it a 5 star for the ingredients and proportions but a 1 star for directions. Changes I made: added about 1 tsp of vanilla and 2 tsp of sugar to make it more of a breakfast crepe. For combining I followed another reviewers recommendations and combined the wet ingredients (minus the melted butter)and whisked until combined Then add the flour (which I spooned into the measuring cup so as not to make the batter to thick) and salt and whisk until no longer lumpy Finally add the melted butter and combine. This results in a lump free batter that is the perfect consistency for crepes!

Super Duper Chocolate Cookies
holy on a cracker these cookies are delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. Next time I will leave them in for a little less time(oven runs hot) Will definitely be making these again and again! Tip- I noticed some reviewers saying they would leave the cookies on the baking sheet to cool. When my husband was helping me take them off the sheet we found the longer they stayed on the stickier they got (that was after heavily greasing them with cooking spray)so I would recommend getting them off the moment they come out the oven then letting them cool on a cooling rack.
