Pepperoni Bread

YUM...HUGE hit at my house!Used refrigerated pizza crust, added a little red pepper and extra cheese. Mine were done in about 25 minutes.

Mozzarella Parmesan Chicken

Well liked at our house....only changes that I made were to add pepper and italian seasoning to chicken and I used cream of chicken instead of cr of celery because that is what I had. The only reason I'm giving it 4 stars instead of 5 is that it was too salty. Next time I will use reduced sodium soups and it will be perfect!

Beefy Manicotti

HOLY COW! Yummy, yummy, yummy! I did take the lazy way out and use bottled sauce, but it was still fantastic! I added some crushed red pepper to the filling and the sauce...we like it spicy.

Pecan Pie Surprise Bars

Bottom Layer was very much a dough, not crumbly~ and I used softened butter instead of melted, just cut it in like for a pie crust. Once I got it into the pan (messy work), it was fine. Try dipping your fingers into a little of the reserved cake mix to minimize the sticking. Next time I will cook the base a little longer but overall the final result was very good.

Fudge Truffle Cheesecake

I have made this 3 times already~ everyone loves it. I used graham cracker crumbs instead of vanilla wafers~ yum yum yum. It does come out a little underdone, so I just leave it in the oven while it cools.
