tasty good, super easy to make if you already have all the ingredients at home. if i had a box of brownies though i think i'd still make that instead.

Cajun Chicken Pasta

holy shnikees this is tasty. I added a ton of cayan pepper cuz i like it spicy. i would add 1 more chicken breast though because 2 wasnt enough. Restaraunt quality pasta for sure.

Acapulco Margarita Grouper

Pretty good, but the taste of triple sec is just too strong for my buds, maybe use 1/2 of the amount unless you like the stuff, but all i could taste was the orange flavor of it. The fish alone though without the boiled topping on it is pretty awesome.

Skippy Burgers

Be careful on the beer, i used 1 lb of ground beef and put 1/2 a bottle of sam adams in and it made the soggiest burgers ive ever had... the finished burger was mush (what didnt fall in the grill). If i would have used 1/4 bottle it might have tasted decent, but the beer taste is really strong. ill try again.

Citrus Swordfish With Citrus Salsa

Very good, fun to prepare.. for some reason the fish was a bit soggy.. maybe because i dont know what im doing and i poked holes in the fish with a fork thinking the maranade would soak in better.... i served with a spicy shrimp appetizer... Jalapeno adds a good kick to this recipe.

Spicy Grilled Shrimp

Amazing taste.. this was the first meal ive ever prepared in my life and everyone had big smiles on their faces from the amazement of how good these taste... they taste like something you'd have at a restaraunt. GOOD STUFF.. make these things... watch them close though a few of mine burned on one side pretty quick.

Jay's Signature Pizza Crust

FREAKIN awesome... tastes just as good or better than most pizza places. WAYYYYY better than dominoes, pizza hut or any fast chain. I recommend getting fresh mozarella and shredding it yourself... the pre-shredded store bought cheese seems to turn to rubber after about 10 minutes. Jay you da man!!
