Absolute Stress

Very good but STRONG. I used twice as much juice as the recipe called for and it was still pretty strong. It was a stress reliever, that's for sure.

You've Gotta Be Kidding Onions

Sorry, but I thought this tasted just like cole slaw. It wasn't bad, it just wasn't great. My husband agreed that it tasted like cole slaw from KFC.

Strawberry Spinach Salad I

This is a great salad. The sugar in the dressing didn't disolve well so I think that next time I will mix the vinegar with the sugar until it disolves and then add the other ingredients. I will also add some gorgonzola or bleu cheese the next time I make this.

I have been making this recipe for years and it is delicious. Very rich. No need to add salt. I usually double the sour cream and soup mixture because we like to have a little sauce left over for rice.

Famous Butter Chicken

I was really disapointed in this recipe. I followed the advice of others and added a little garlic powder to spice it up, but it was still a little bland. It was incredibly greasy because of all the butter. The bottom of the chicken pieces were greasy and the tops was dry. If you want it to be uniformly greasy, then I suggest turning the pieces. Maybe it would have been better had I used half as much butter as the recipe called for.

Green Bean Bundles I

These beans are awesome! I use Catalina dressing instead of French. I also use fresh beans because they are easier to handle and slightly cook the bacon before wrapping the beans. These always impress!

I tried this recipe because we LOVE the beer bread mix that we buy from "Tastefully Simple". This recipe wasn't quite as sweet as the bread from "Tastefully Simple", but it was still good. Next time I will add an extra tablespoon of sugar.

Caramel Apple Bars I

Extremely sweet. I used Granny Smith apples which helped cut the sweetness but if I make this recipe again I think I will use 3 cups of apples instead of 2. Also the caramel sauce got hard around the edges so I couldn't even cut those pieces in to bars. Maybe I baked it too long. Not sure I will try this recipe again.

No Fuss Chicken

We thought this recipe was great. There is too much mayo mixture but you can always use it as a dipping sauce. This recipe had plenty of flavor with mustard and parmesean cheese. Will make again and again.
