Yellow Squash Casserole
Like someone else said, too many eggs. It was like a squash quiche.

Easiest Peanut Butter Fudge
Followed directions exactly. Like others I couldn't get it to mix smoothly. I pressed it in a pan and refrigerated. The next day I cut it in to pieces and stored in a Tupperware container. It was edible but not creamy at all. Very dry and crumbly. Will not try this again.

Beginner Chicken and Dumplings
Very good recipe. When I first mixed the dumplings the mixture was very thin, like cake batter so I threw it out. I mixed up a second batch of batter and very gently stirred and it turned out more like dough. I guess I was just beating it too hard the first time. Make the dumplings small to make sure they are cooked through. I cooked mine 20 minutes with the lid on and 20 minutes with it off and it turned out perfect.
