I am a 20 year old going to Lincoln Culinary Institute in Connecticut. I started in January as a baking and pastry student and graduate March 2012. I LOVE going to school every day. I'm so glad I've found something I love to do after 2 and a half years at a university. Also, I have a 9 month old australian shepherd who is always under my feet in the kitchen and cleans up whatever I drop on the floor :)
My favorite things to cook
I love baking bread. The process is very soothing to me. Also pate a choux, pastry cream (I eat it by the spoonful), and lots of cookies & cupcakes.

I have NO CLUE where my culinary genes come from haha my family sticks basic recipes in the kitchen. Although I did grow up making apple pie. LOTS of apple pie..
