Zucchini Brownies

Reviewed: Aug. 15, 2005
EXCELLENT. They were so moist. Also, for the icing, I did not have milk in the house and used water as a substitute and it worked fine. Walnuts in the icing might be nice also.

Whip-Up German Chocolate Cookies

Reviewed: Apr. 26, 2005
GOOD WITH REVISIONS! Despite reviews, I tried these, keeping in mind that they turned out runny for others. I made 1st batch as directed with same results. I added 1/2 cup flour to rest of batter, refrigerated batter before putting them on cookie sheet and baked for 15 minutes. Turned out to be a nice, soft, tasty cookie.

Easy Red Velvet Cake

Reviewed: Feb. 3, 2005
GO EAGLES! Insted of red velvet I made these into green velvet cupcakes for Super Bowl Party at work and they were a hit. Simply switch red for green food coloring. I used a mock whipped cream frosting recipe that has been in my family for years. Thanks for the short cut. EAGLES all the way.

This cake had wonderful flavor and made a beautiful presentation. Looked like a sunflower once it was removed from the pan.

Root Beer Cake I

Reviewed: Aug. 9, 2004
This was better and moister than one I made from Food Network. I actually baked them in 12oz glass rootbeer mugs and made a simple frosting from Dream Whip and 1/2 c. rootbeer. For decoration, I stuck a straw in. I will make this again.

Blueberry Salad

EXCELLENT! Lots of second helpings taken at our pool party/barbeque yesterday. I followed the recipe exactly and layered it in a trifle bowl. It looked very pretty and refreshing. Added fresh blueberries on top.

White Chocolate Cake

Reviewed: Jun. 25, 2004
This recipe did not work in my car shaped pan (broke apart coming out) so I put the pieces out for my family to eat and they could not stop raving about it. I will definitely be adding this to my collection for use in the proper pans.

This was quite a hit both at work and with my family. I made them in smaller pans for more individual cakes.

Caroline's Chocolate Fudge Frosting

Reviewed: May 27, 2003
EXCELLEEENNNNNNNNNT!!!!! I used this for a friend's 40th birthday cake and made 2 double batches. I was concerned that the consistency was too runny, but after 30 min. in fridge, it spread like a dream. This is the ONLY chocolate icing recipe for me.

Sunshine S'more Cupcakes

Reviewed: Oct. 3, 2002
I made these for my daughters class. They almost didn't make it to school. My husband and co-workers loved them and my husband told me this was a keeper. The marshmallow melted just enough into a little puff and made them look fun to eat. Used boxed butter cake and worked fine.
