Simple Beef Flavored Gravy
OMG first time EVER I made lumpless gravy that wasn't a packet.Followed reviews and melted butter with onions then added flour.THANK YOU for recipe and reviews!!I also tried it without onions, just added pepper and garlic powder.Yummy!!I did not have bouillon so used beef broth.

Sarah's Banana Bread Muffins
This is a tasty and moist recipe.I made mini muffins with this and baked for 15 min. @ 325.Came out perfect.I added a 1/4 cup of coconut to this recipe ,it was loved by all in the family. And just to add on to this... they are full of banana flavor even the next day. Thanx

Pineapple Cheese Ball
I would have rated this recipe a 5 star but found it a tad runny even though i put the crushed pineapple in a strainer. All who tried it at the potluck Appy hour loved it.Next time might add some kind of seasoning and mabe drain longer.Definitly try and store it in the fridge overnight makes a big difference in taste and moulding.
