Slow Cooker, Easy Baked Potato Soup

This is just wonderful! I followed the recipe for the most part except cooked my own bacon and added some velveeta when I added the 1/2 and 1/2. I used Lawrys new seasoned salt with black pepper. It will replace my old baked potato recipe.

Slow Cooker Chicken Taco Soup

I followed the recipe....the video showed draining chili beans and black beans....which I did. I used the recipe for her taco seasoning and Heineken beer. I found no after taste. This recipe is exceptional as written. A squeeze of lime and dollop of sour cream was all it needed. Awesome and will make again!

Slow Cooker Beef Pot Roast

This was very good! The first time in the crock pot with bone in. The second was in the oven at 300. I think next time, if the oven is used, 250 or 275 is better when you put it in at noon.

Romantic Chicken with Artichokes and Mushrooms

This was just wonderful. I like to follow recipes exactly the first time out, but felt like what I added would not hurt. I added a few sprinkles of de Herbs Provence seasoning, a chopped garlic clove, two wedges of lemon, and finished it off with crumbled goat cheese.

I made this exactly like the recipe and would not change a thing for this particular recipe. It was even better the second day!! I thought I would miss some kinds of meat addition, but really was just so good as is!!

Olive Chicken II

This was simply wonderful and light with perfect flavor. My husband loves green olives. I followed the recipe and would not change too much. I simmered the chicken in the broth/wine for about 30 minutes after browning and..then pulled it off the heat and covered for about 20 minutes while the rice cooked. It will be a keeper for us.
